Kent Saddlery Products
 
All leather gear in this store, with the exception of whips and wallets, is handcrafted in the Kent Saddlery workshop.
 
The range of products we promote in the Kent Saddlery online store has been developed over a period of 22 years with the aim of providing a comprehensive range of good quality gear. We choose suppliers of materials and products carefully, with priority given to consistent quality, and reliable supply. It's a challenge, and we do our very best to source top quality replacements when particular items are no longer available.  Many of the Kent Saddlery store items are our own design, handcrafted in our workshop and are unavailable elsewhere.
All prices in our online store are guaranteed to stay the same throughout 2010.
 
 
Value for money

  • Some price rises have been necessary.
We endeavour to price our products at a level which gives our customers value for money and enables us to maintain and improve our service and products.
 
Special Orders
Custom made leather products are those which are not included in our catalogue and online store. All Kent Saddlery leather gear is handcrafted, and to increase efficiency, is usually made in multiple batches. Even a minor change like a different buckle, means the product is customised, requiring extra planning time and work. Generally speaking there is a 10% to 20% additional cost, depending on the modification to one of our products.
 
We are willing to make "one off" products provided we have the design. If it's a pouch for a particular item, it's best to send the item to ensure a good fit. When we receive a customised order we advise the customer of the cost before proceeding.
 
Mail Order
Whether it be by phone, email, fax, mail or online, your order is given priority. Routine tasks are put on hold to check your order and ascertain that we have the items in stock. If not, we immediately arrange for the goods to be made or ordered in for prompt dispatch. If at any time there is a delay in obtaining items ordered, you will be contacted. Our customers are our top priority.
 
Our Online Shop
Shopping online is easy. Just click on “ONLINE STORE” and add the products you want to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping just view cart (in the top right hand corner of the screen) and you will be lead through the ordering process. 
 
Don't like paying online? No problem. Paying for your Kent Saddlery purchase online using your credit card is secure, however, if you prefer not to pay by credit card, or if you don't have a credit card, we have made other payment options available online for your convenience. 
Print and Fax or Phone - From the Online Store Checkout select “Print and Fax or Phone” to print your order for faxing it to us with your payment details. You can also mail this order to us with your cheque or money order.

Pay it @ POST - Print off a payment slip and present at your local Australia Post office for payment. As soon as payment is made we are advised and your order is processed.
